Mini Splitter Policies
The Mini Splitter is warranted to be free from
defects for the lifetime of the product. If the Mini Splitter
breaks or fails, while splitting logs we will replace or send
out the necessary parts to make it right. We will also gladly
pay for shipping on all warranty items. This warranty is voided
in the event that The Mini Splitter is used for any other
purpose for which it was designed. The warranty does not cover
customer abuse.
30 day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy
with your Minisplitter we will gladly issue you a refund for
the cost of the Minisplitter less the shipping fees.
Fisch Log Splitter Policies
The warranty period is 1 year. The warranty covers
all parts 100%. The warranty does not cover customer abuse.
Woodhaven Firewood Racks
All our firewood racks come with a 10-year warranty!

Super Spear Log Splitter
Wikco will accept returns for defects in material and / or workmanship. Wikco Industries will pay for the cost of return shipping in the occurrence of defects in material
and / or workmanship. Wikco Industries reserves the right to repair or replace defective part (s) in lieu of returning an entire product. In the occurrence when it is necessary to issue a refund for defects in material and / or workmanship Wikco Industries will refund the original purchase price and the cost for the shipping to the purchasers address.
All other returns are subject to a nonnegotiable 25% restocking fee. In addition, the purchaser agrees to pay all charges for the return shipping. All parts, bolt packages, instructions, and original packaging material and boxes must be included in the return. Failure to include all parts, bolt packages, instructions, and original packaging material and boxes will result in additional fees, and charges.
The refund amount will be for the original purchase price of the product or item less the 25% restocking fee and any additional fees, and charges for not returning any parts, bolt packages, instructions, and original packaging material and boxes. Original shipping charges to the purchasers address are not refundable.
